AI platforms can be used to examine the underlying relationships between transactions and related customer data to derive standard behavioural patterns for each account. Using these patterns as a baseline, systems can instantly identify and flag any strange spending patterns (attempts to process transactions from a different country, attempts to withdraw money in excessive amounts, etc.).
